How to use
1. Assess hair quality and select the required STRAIT THERAPY Straightening Cream 2. Cleanse hair with BC Bonacure Cleansing Shampoo and towel dry. Do not massage the scalp. 3. Apply STRAIT THERAPY Protection Balancer to protect on coloured and porous areas. Then gently blot the hair dry. 4. Wear suitable gloves. Divide the hair into four equal sections (t section). Place estimated amount of STRAIT THERAPY Straightening Cream in a clean plastic bowl. Starting at the nape take 5cm wide x 1cm sections and apply STRAIT THERAPY Straightening Cream using a clean tint brush. Do not apply to the first 1cm of the root. Distribute the Straightening Cream evenly, carefully combing through each strand. Maximum application time 20 minutes. 1 Tube (300 ml) of STRAIT THERAPY Straightening Cream usually provides 1 to 2 applications, depending on the hair length. 5. Cover the hair with a plastic cap keeping sections straight. For normal hair use additional heat. Processing time: 10 to 30 minutes Once application is complete take a test strand from the 1st area of application and check elasticity. Processing is complete when hair is twice as elastic as normal. 6. Rinse with lukewarm water for a minimum of 5 up to 8 minutes (depending on the length and amount of hair), until STRAIT THERAPY Straightening Cream is removed completely. 7. Apply STRAIT THERAPY Post Balm over whole head, leave for 1 minute and rinse out thoroughly with lukewarm water. 8. Blow-dry the hair straight with a paddle brush. Do not apply tension to the hair. 9. Heat Straightening Irons to maximum 180°C. Starting at the nape, take horizontal sections 5 cm wide by 1 cm and apply straightening irons without adding tension. Work from roots to ends 5 times on each strand, until hair is completely smooth. Always work at a 90° angle. 10. Follow manufacturers instructions and recommend that the client does not tie back the hair or use clips for a minimum of 72 hours after the straightening treatment. 10. Divide the hair into four sections (t section). Starting at the nape, take horizontal sections as before. Apply STRAIT THERAPY Neutralising Milk without adding tension. Note: Keep sections straight. When pinning back sections keep hair straight and do not apply tension. Use, as a minimum quantity, the same amount of STRAIT THERAPY Neutralising Milk as Straightening Cream. Leave to process for 10 to 15 minutes. 11. Rinse out STRAIT THERAPY Neutralising Milk thoroughly with lukewarm water. Towel dry the hair. 12. For maximum gloss, apply STRAIT THERAPY Post Balm. Leave for up to 15 minutes and rinse out thoroughly. 13. Blow dry the hair straight with a paddle brush. Do not apply tension or twist hair sections. Finish using straightening irons for perfect results.
